Fireworks sales, storage, transportation, and distribution are subject to applicable licences and regulatory approvals.

Online sale of firecrackers has been restricted by directions of the Supreme Court of India, and e-commerce platforms are not permitted to accept online firecracker orders.

Accordingly, this website is intended solely for product display, customer enquiries, and information sharing during the festival season. Any supply of products shall be carried out only in accordance with applicable laws, licences, and government regulations.

Minimum enquiry/order value is ₹3,000.
Transportation and handling charges are applicable and may vary from ₹300 to ₹500, depending on parcel size, weight, destination, and transport service availability.
Products will be dispatched only through authorized transport services and applicable legal channels.
Customers will be provided with transport details and parcel information once the consignment is booked.
Delivery timelines are generally 3 to 5 business days, subject to transport schedules, weather conditions, festival seasons, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for collecting their parcel from the designated transport office or delivery point, wherever applicable.

பார்சலின் அளவு, எடை, தூரம் மற்றும் போக்குவரத்து சேவையைப் பொறுத்து ₹300 முதல் ₹500 வரை போக்குவரத்து கட்டணம் வசூலிக்கப்படும்.
பொருட்கள் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட போக்குவரத்து சேவைகள் மற்றும் சட்டப்படி அனுப்பப்படும்.
பார்சல் அனுப்பப்பட்டதும் அதற்கான போக்குவரத்து விவரங்கள் வாடிக்கையாளருக்கு வழங்கப்படும்.
டெலிவரிக்கு பொதுவாக 3 முதல் 5 வேலை நாட்கள் ஆகலாம். போக்குவரத்து அட்டவணை, வானிலை, திருவிழா காலம் மற்றும் பிற காரணங்களால் தாமதங்கள் ஏற்படலாம்.
தேவையெனில் வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் தங்களது நகரில் உள்ள டிரான்ஸ்போர்ட் அலுவலகத்தில் பார்சலை பெற்றுக்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
இணையதளத்தில் விசாரணை பதிவு செய்யும்போது ஏதேனும் தொழில்நுட்ப சிக்கல் ஏற்பட்டால் Email அல்லது WhatsApp மூலம் தொடர்புகொள்ளவும்.
நாங்கள் வழங்கும் பொருட்களின் தரத்தை உறுதிப்படுத்துவதற்காக தேவையான தரக் கட்டுப்பாடுகளை பின்பற்றுகிறோம்.
விலை, கிடைக்கும் நிலை மற்றும் போக்குவரத்து கட்டணங்கள் முன் அறிவிப்பின்றி மாற்றப்படலாம்.

வாடிக்கையாளர்கள் தங்களது பகுதியில் அமலில் உள்ள பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் சட்ட விதிமுறைகளை கடைபிடிக்க வேண்டும்.
சட்டம், பாதுகாப்பு விதிமுறைகள் அல்லது அரசு உத்தரவுகளுக்கு முரணான எந்தவொரு விசாரணையையும் நிராகரிக்கும் உரிமை நிறுவனத்திற்குண்டு.
